## Order Processing

 

* **Made-to-Order:** All products are custom printed through our production partners. 

* **Processing Time:** Please allow **2–5 business days** for your order to be processed, printed, and packaged before it ships.

* **Multiple Items: ** If you order multiple products, they may ship separately depending on the production facility used.

## Shipping Times

 

We currently ship **within the United States only. **

 

* **U.S. Shipping: ** 3–7 business days after processing

 

*Note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales, or global shipping delays), shipping times may be longer.*

## Shipping Costs

 

* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.

* **Bulk Orders:** Orders of **20 or more of the same item** (in any mix of color/size) will have an additional **$100 bulk shipping & handling fee** applied on top of regular shipping costs and applicable taxes.

* From time to time, we may run **free shipping promotions**—follow us on social media to stay updated.

## Tracking Your Order

 

* Once your order ships, you’ll receive a **tracking link via email.**

* Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking info to update.

## Handling Issues & Delays

 

* Rebel Wiring Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

* If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

## Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items

 

We’ve got your back if something goes wrong:

 

* **Damaged or Defective:** If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within **30 days** of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

* **Wrong Item Received:** Let us know within **30 days** and we’ll make it right.

* **Lost in Transit:** If tracking shows no movement for 30+ days, we’ll investigate and reprint or refund.
