At Rebel Wiring Co., every product is custom-made to order through our print partners. Because of this, **all sales are final** except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

We are committed to making sure you receive exactly what you ordered, in the quality you expect. Please review the following policy before placing your order:

 What We Cover

 

***Damaged products or manufacturing errors**: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing/production error, we will offer a **free replacement or full refund**.

* **Wrong product received**: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will replace or refund it at no cost.

***Lost or damaged in transit**: If your package is lost or arrives damaged in shipping, we’ll replace or refund it.

 

 All issues must be reported **within 7 days of delivery** with clear photos of the item and your order number.

### What We Do NOT Cover

 

***Wrong size ordered**: We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for size issues. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

* **Wrong color or style chosen by customer**: All items are printed on demand based on your order selections, so we cannot accept returns for preference changes.

***Buyer’s remorse**: Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind.

### Return Shipping

 

* Since returns are **not accepted** for non-defective items, customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before checkout.

* If an item qualifies for a return/reprint under the conditions above, Rebel Wiring Co. will cover the replacement or refund—**you do not need to ship the item back. **

2. Attach **clear photos** of the product showing the issue (damage, misprint, or wrong item).

3. A member of our team will respond within **2–3 business days** to resolve the issue.
